Flagstaff Expungement Attorney
Following the passing of Proposition 207 in 2020, Arizona has introduced Expungement into its process for the handling of marijuana convictions. Unlike a Set-Aside, Expungement has a very limited scope of application.
On the heels of the legalization of marijuana, Expungement is now available to those who have been convicted of a series of possession of marijuana-related charges: personal possession, possession of marijuana concentrates, possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana), and possession of marijuana plants.
Unlike getting the conviction set aside, Expungement will purge these records from the court and law enforcement agencies.
